I have fully recovered from chronic fatigue. It was a long, exhausting road of trying everything I could find that might help. I have narrowed down my explorations for you with my offerings, and invite you to start here with the Realization Process. The process was created by Judith Blackstone PhD. in her own journey of healing and has completely released me from the worry of ever falling into that seemingly bottomless hole again. I have never, in my life, felt this healthy on every level; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
The Realization Process offers a gentle yet powerful way to become deeply connected to the inner workings of your body and find the path to restoring your lost equanimity. By attuning to the body, you can:
Release constrictions held in your fascia and tissues
Restore flow to areas where your energy gets stuck
Rebalance your nervous system
Develop resilience in your mental, emotional, and immune health
When you gently unwind bound trauma patterns and protective holding from your soma, your body’s natural vitality can return. As numb and constricted spaces soften and open, energy begins to flow more freely, bringing coherence and ease throughout your whole organism.
I wish I found this first. But, I think I was supposed to learn all the other things so I would appreciate how special this is.
