What are the Chronic Fatigue Sessions like?
The sessions are guided by what you and your body need in each session, and even moment to moment. You won’t have to follow a protocol that isn’t working for you. The foundation of the sessions is Somatic Coaching. We listen to what the body is communicating and attend to its needs in that moment. I blend in The Realization Process, TRE, yoga, pranayama, meditation and can create and guide you in customized Yoga Nidra practices.
You can show up in bed in PJs if that is what your day brings and we can do a more meditative practice. On days when you have a little more energy you can decide if you want to utilize it for easy movement or conserve it with more gentle techniques or coaching.
You can ask me anything about my experience with ME/CFS/MCS/PTSD and I will share everything that I know. My wish is that my experience in overcoming chronic illness will help you too.
Why I created Chronic Fatigue Sessions
In my 20s, after a bout of Epstein-Barr virus and a chemical exposure, my system sank into Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS). During that time, it was impossible to find a doctor who could help.
I started exploring alternative treatments. They included Transcendental Meditation, acupuncture, reiki, chiropractic, bodywork, cranio-sacral therapy, angel healing, functional medicine, detoxification protocols, EFT, naturopaths, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), energy work and The Gupta Programme. I have also taken deep dives into several self-healing techniques and been certified to facilitate Realization Process, TRE®, Yin Yoga, Somatic Coaching, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, NeuroSculpting® neural retraining, meditation, reiki, yoga and pranayama.
After all of the searching and practicing I am so happy to say, with confidence, that I overcame Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and am living a full life now. No pacing. No questioning my abilities. I blows my mind every day that I’m actually thriving.
Now, I offer a blend of the techniques that were most effective in my healing and have fine-tuned them for the chronic fatigue journey in hopes that you will join me in yours.
