The first time I tried TRE® was the first time I felt my body completely relaxed.
I was amazed at how easy it was to connect with this innate healing ability within my body to release stresses and tensions. I loved how good I felt afterwards. It was like I just had the best massage of my life.
Since then (2017) I have had a consistent practice and it has changed my life. It has profoundly improved my health and wellbeing by releasing stored stress and trauma, and is an essential tool to keep my body flexible and pain free.
TRE®, developed by my teacher Dr. David Berceli, is a simple set of movements that everybody can practice for self guided myofascial release. Whether you are bed-bound or an athlete, the exercises can be tailored to your needs. You will be empowered to somatically release stored physical, psychological and emotional tensions. People report feeling relaxed, more balanced and energized after each session, and it is a perfect option for those who are looking for stress relief without meditating.
