Coaching is different than therapy in that there is no diagnosing of mental health disorders, no treating serious psychological illness, and coaching is client led. In the nondual somatic coaching it becomes an even deeper experience. It is led by what is present in the body at the time of the session to guide where the work will be for that day. I don’t set the agenda. I hold the space for your intentions and needs to arise and be cared for.

All of my offerings are suitable for both beginners and current practitioners.
While TRE® is accessible to virtually everyone, the group classes are not well suited to those with limited mobility, recent surgery, pregnancy, or history of severe trauma. Please contact me to find out how we can craft a TRE practice personalized for your needs.

As my teacher Dr. Scott Lyons says, “You can’t heal what you can’t feel”. You can’t heal if you can’t perceive what is misaligned in your body.
You also cannot heal efficiently if your body is in a stress response. When the stress response is turned on, all energy and ability is focused on keeping you alive and ready to fight or flee. It is only able to begin to repair when the stress response is down-regulated and the rest, digest and healing response is active.
When we become more embodied (aware of the internal spaces our bodies) our system will have the awareness, energy and ability to de-stress and heal. Meditation is the most effective technique that I know to achieve both of these goals at the same time, with the added bonus of feeling more at ease and happy!

Just bring yourself and some water. And a friend for group offerings! Comfortable clothes that you can move in are encouraged, except for meditations where any attire is fine. Mats and props are provided for your convenience. But you may, of course, feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.

The methods I teach and guide are not considered medical treatments, so no. But, there are some insurance companies that do cover certain mind/body and stress management therapies. You will need to file a claim which I will gladly give you a receipt for. My modalities all qualify under yoga, meditation or mind-body coaching.
