We try to fix our lives in our head, and wonder why we can’t think ourselves out of our problems. Our brains aren’t designed to be reasoned with when it comes to stress. They are designed to keep us alive, at any cost. So, these pattern making machines dissociate, obfuscate and lie just to keep us going. Which is actually really good! We are unconsciously constantly saving ourselves.
To truly know ourselves and get to the bottom of our unhelpful behaviors, ruminations and suffering we need to go to a source of knowledge that is unable to lie to you. Your body.
The techniques I offer are somatic practices, which means that we go through the body’s memory and innate healing intelligence to release and heal what ails us.
