Oneness without the woo-woo
All of this meditation and oneness is not a just a belief. It’s an actual experience you can have.
I swear. It’s totally amazing.
It’s like the difference between standing on the hot, rough concrete next to the pool and jumping into the icy blue water. Though, it’s usually not that shockingly physically dramatic. There is less jumping, and more allowing yourself to be guided in practices that enable you to embody the depths of the internal space of your body, your own tiny universe, where we will attune to YOU. Beyond the layers of illness, conditioning, protective patterns and filters. You are your own pathway to freedom and the ineffable.
I swear!
There is no fancy cross legged sitting. No chanting or weird breathing or memorizing either. Just sitting and listening, without effort. The less effort the better.
Seriously.
It doesn’t sound like much, but that is because words can’t quite convey the deep healing and insight that occur with Realization Process practices. I really just encourage you to experience it for yourself.
It’s an experience you won’t regret.
I swear.
What I did this summer 🌞
I have just finished months of trainings, and am looking forward to sharing the incredible teachings from both Judith Blackstone in Realization Process and Emily Peterson’s Yin Yoga teacher training at Down Under Yoga. All of these embodiment teachings enable you to deeply connect with yourself for a more grounded and authentic existence.
My new offerings include–
Realization Process Meditations™
Body-based, fully guided meditations that enable you to make deep contact with the whole internal space of your body and your environment; releasing stress, tensions and defensive patterns that limit your ability to be your true self in the world.
Embodiment
Movement based versions of Embodied Realization Process meditations. I usually practice these while I am walking my dog, Nucky! They are an excellent practice for those who don’t enjoy sitting for meditation but want that deep experience.
Empathic Ground
Realization Process attunement practices for relational healing between couples and groups of people.
Yin
A form of yoga where you hold shapes for 5-10 minutes at a time. These extended poses initiate “good stress” in the tendons, ligaments and bones to strengthen, lengthen and open the areas where we tend to hold the most stress. I consider this my resiliency training for both mind and body.
